   Randall Billingsley is a professor specializing in finance at Virginia Tech and has gained recognition for his coaching efforts at both the undergraduate and postgraduate levels. His work revolves around equity valuation, individual investments, and regulatory financing. Dr. Billingsley has earned several professional certifications including the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA), Financial Risk Manager (FRM), and Certified Return on Investment Analyst (CRRA). He holds an MS in economics and a PhD in finance from Texas A&M. In 2006, he co-authored a finance research book at the Wharton School. Moreover, his research has been featured in a plethora of reputable periodicals like the JOURNAL OF PORTFOLIO MANAGEMENT, JOURNAL OF BANKING AND FINANCE, FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT, JOURNAL OF FINANCIAL RESEARCH, and JOURNAL OF FUTURES MARKETS. He previously served as a vice president at the CFA Institute.    Lawrence J. Gitman is a retired finance professor from San Diego State University. He completed his undergraduate studies at Purdue University, followed by an MBA from the University of Dayton and a PhD from the University of Cincinnati.    Michael D. Joehnk is also a retired finance professor, from Arizona State University. Apart from his tenure at ASU, Dr. Joehnk spent one year as a visiting professor of finance at the University of Otago in New Zealand. He holds degrees of BA and PhD from the University of Arizona, and an MBA from Arizona State University. A Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA), he has actively contributed to the Candidate Curriculum Committee and the Council of Examiners of the Institute of Chartered Financial Analysts. He has also held positions such as director of the Phoenix Society of Financial Analysts and secretary-treasurer of the Western Finance Association. He served two terms as vice president of the Financial Management Association. Dr. Joehnk has authored and co-authored more than 50 articles, five popular books, and numerous monographs. Along with several collaborative works with Dr. Gitman, Dr. Joehnk penned the successful paperback INVESTING FOR SAFETY’S SAKE. He has also involved in editing and contributing to various other notable publications.
