Political Sociology: Discussions within the Sociology of Energy expounds on how sociologists have structured the study of governance into abstract frameworks, and how each of those frameworks nurture a sociological viewpoint on energy and governance in society. This includes deliberating on how these frameworks can be applied to comprehend present problems and other pragmatic aspects of governance. The authors engage with students by involving them in activities where they develop their own applications of theory, hypothesis testing, and methods of investigation.
