About the Writer
Hugh J. Foley obtained his Bachelor’s degree from St. John Fisher College (1971) and his Doctorate in Experimental Psychology from Stony Brook University (1985). He served as a lecturer at Union College and Skidmore College until his retirement in 2015. Foley possesses diverse interests in perception, with a particular focus on psychophysics and object recognition.
