Dr. Carl S. Warren holds the position of professor emeritus of accounting at the University of Georgia, Athens. Having delivered accounting courses at all levels for over 25 years, Dr. Warren’s main focus has been on the fundamentals of accounting and auditing. He has also lectured at the University of Iowa, Michigan State University, and the University of Chicago. Dr. Warren obtained his Ph.D. from Michigan State University and his B.A.A. and M.A. from the University of Iowa. Throughout his career, Dr. Warren has contributed to various publications in professional journals such as The Accounting Review, Journal of Accounting Research, Journal of Accountancy, The CPA Journal and Auditing: A Journal of Practice and Theory. Apart from his academic pursuits, Dr. Warren enjoys handball, backpacking, skiing, hiking, fly-fishing, and golf. His greatest joy is spending quality time with his five grandchildren (two sets of twins). Dr. Warren currently resides in Bozeman, Montana.

Dr. Jonathan Duchac holds the Wayne Calloway Professor of Accounting and is the Acting Associate Dean of Accounting Programs at Wake Forest University. He completed his PhD in accounting at the University of Georgia and presently teaches introductory and advanced financial accounting courses. Dr. Duchac has merited several accolades during his professional journey, including the Wake Forest University Outstanding Graduate Professor Award, T.B. Rose award for Instructional Innovation, and the University of Georgia Outstanding Teaching Assistant Award. Beyond teaching, he has served as an Accounting Advisor to Merrill Lynch Equity Research, liaising with research analysts on reviewing and appraising the financial reporting practices of public companies. Dr. Duchac has testified before esteemed bodies like the U.S. House of Representatives, the Financial Accounting Standards Board, and the Securities and Exchange Commission. He has collaborated with major public companies on financial reporting and accounting policy matters. Apart from his professional commitments, Dr. Duchac is a passionate mountain biker and skier.

Dr. James M. Reeve is an esteemed Professor Emeritus of Accounting and Information Management at the University of Tennessee. Dr. Reeve devoted 25 years as a full-time member of the accounting faculty post his doctorate earning from Oklahoma State University. He presently imparts part-time instruction at UT, primarily focusing on Senior Executive MBA programs. His research interests are eclectic encompassing managerial accounting, lean manufacturing, supply chain management, and information management. Dr. Reeve has authored over forty pieces in academic and professional journals, including Journal of Cost Management, Journal of Management Accounting Research, Accounting Review, Management Accounting Quarterly, Supply Chain Management Review, and Accounting Horizons. He has provided consulting services and training globally for numerous organizations, including Boeing, Procter & Gamble, Norfolk Southern, Hershey Foods, Coca-Cola, and Sony. In his leisure hours, Dr. Reeve indulges in golf and is actively engaged in faith-based endeavors.
