Dr. Carl S. Warren holds the position of professor emeritus of accounting at the University of Georgia, Athens. For over 25 years, Dr. Warren has instructed classes across all levels of accounting education. In recent times, he has devoted his teaching efforts to foundational accounting principles and auditing courses. Dr. Warren has delivered lectures at the University of Iowa, Michigan State University, and the University of Chicago. He earned his Ph.D. from Michigan State University, and his B.A.A. and M.A. from the University of Iowa. Throughout his professional journey, Dr. Warren has authored numerous articles in esteemed publications such as The Accounting Review, Journal of Accounting Research, Journal of Accountancy, The CPA Journal, and Auditing: A Journal of Practice and Theory. Beyond his academic pursuits, Dr. Warren enjoys handball, skiing, hiking, fly-fishing, and golf. He also indulges in backpacking adventures in U.S. national parks (Yellowstone and the Grand Canyon), spending time with his grandchildren, and engaging in ATV and motorcycle rides.

Dr. James M. Reeve is a distinguished Professor Emeritus of Accounting and Information Management at the University of Tennessee. Following his completion of a Ph.D. from Oklahoma State University, Dr. Reeve dedicated twenty-five years as a full-time member of the accounting faculty. He currently imparts his knowledge on a part-time basis at UT, focusing on Senior Executive MBA programs. Dr. Reeve’s research is comprehensive, encompassing areas such as managerial accounting, supply chain management, lean production, and information management. He has contributed over forty articles to academic and professional journals, including Journal of Cost Management, Journal of Management Accounting Research, Accounting Review, Management Accounting Quarterly, Supply Chain Management Review, and Accounting Horizons. Dr. Reeve has extended his consultancy and training services worldwide to various organizations like Boeing, Procter & Gamble, Norfolk Southern, Hershey Foods, Coca-Cola, and Sony. When not engrossed in writing, Dr. Reeve enjoys playing golf and engaging in religious activities.

Dr. Jonathan Duchac holds the esteemed position of Wayne Calloway Professor of Accounting and serves as the Acting Associate Dean of Accounting Programs at Wake Forest University. He achieved his Ph.D. in accounting from the University of Georgia. Dr. Duchac presently teaches foundational and advanced courses in financial accounting. Throughout his career, Dr. Duchac has garnered an array of accolades, including the Wake Forest University Outstanding Graduate Professor Award, the T.B. Rose Award for Academic Innovation, and the University of Georgia Outstanding Teaching Assistant Award. In addition to his academic roles, Dr. Duchac has operated as an Accounting Consultant for Merrill Lynch Equity Research, collaborating with research analysts in reviewing and assessing the financial reporting practices of public corporations. He has provided testimony before the U.S. House of Representatives, the Financial Accounting Standards Board, and the Securities and Exchange Commission, and has collaborated with numerous leading public companies on matters of financial reporting and accounting policy. Beyond his professional pursuits, Dr. Duchac immerses himself in mountain biking and snow skiing.
