V. Mark Durand is globally recognized as an expert in the field of autism spectrum disorders. He is a Professor of Psychology at the University of South Florida St. Petersburg, where he previously held the position of founding Dean of Arts and Sciences and Vice Chancellor for Academic Affairs. Dr. Durand is a fellow of the American Psychological Association and has secured over $4 million in federal funding for studying behavioral issues in children with disabilities. Previously, he held various leadership roles at the University at Albany, including being the founder of the Center for Autism and Related Disorders. He attained his B.A., M.A., and Ph.D. (all in psychology) at the State University of New York (SUNY) Stony Brook. Dr. Durand devised a distinctive treatment for severe behavioral issues that is implemented globally. David H. Barlow is an internationally renowned expert and pioneer in clinical psychology, and has spearheaded numerous treatments and inquiries into anxiety and mood disorders. Presently holding the position of Professor Emeritus of Psychology and Psychiatry at Boston University, Dr. Barlow is also the founder and Director Emeritus of the Center for Anxiety and Related Disorders, a foremost research clinic of its kind globally. Formerly, he was a Distinguished Professor at the State University of New York at Albany. From 1975 to 1979, he served as a Professor of Psychiatry and Psychology at Brown University, where he also established the clinical psychology internship program.
