Kenneth A. Kim, Ph.D., serves as an associate professor of finance at the State University of New York (SUNY) at Buffalo. Derek J. Mohr, J.D., presently serves as a visiting assistant professor of finance at the State University of New York (SUNY) at Buffalo, where he contributed to the development of the MBA course on ethics and corporate governance. Prior to his tenure at SUNY Buffalo, he spent six years as a corporate attorney advising clients on business formation, acquisitions and divestitures, as well as matters related to securities and tax.
