About the Authors
Frank B. Cross holds the Herbert D. Kelleher Centennial Professorship in Business Law at The University of Texas at Austin Law School. His research primarily focuses on judicial decision-making, the economics of law and litigation, and traditional policy and doctrinal matters in administrative law. He has authored numerous books and articles published in esteemed journals like Yale Law Journal, Columbia Law Review, University of Chicago Law Review, among others. Serving as a former president of the Academy of Legal Studies in Business, Professor Cross earned his B.A. from the University of Kansas and his J.D. from Harvard Law School.
