Linear Algebra with Applications, 2nd Edition by Jeffrey Holt

Jeff Holt holds a B.A. from Humboldt State University and a Ph.D. from the University of Texas. He has been educating mathematics for more than 20 years, the past eleven at the University of Virginia. He presently holds a dual position in the Mathematics Department and the Statistics Department at UVA.
During his profession, Holt has earned various accolades for teaching. He has secured NSF grants to aid student math and science scholarships, the adoption of a computer-based homework system, and the creation of an inventive undergraduate number theory course that later morphed into the publication, Exploring Number Theory, coauthored alongside John Jones. In his spare time, he delights in decreasing the value of his residence through DIY home-improvement endeavors.
