Summary:

Randy Nordell’s Microsoft® Office 2013: In Practice
Material, guidance, application!
Microsoft® Office 2013: In Practice presents a recent, novel approach to educating today’s students Microsoft® Office skills by systematically introducing skills in a clear sequence: 1) Topic 2) Instruction and 3) Practice. Nordell’s T.I.P.s methodology establishes a basis for success by aiding students in implementing what they learn, and furnishes transferable skills that empower students to comprehend critical thinking beyond the textbook task.

In Practice harmoniously integrates with SIMnet Online, McGraw-Hill’s internet-based learning and evaluation solution, which features content directly corresponding to support students in practicing and mastering computing concepts and Microsoft® Office skills. In Practice tasks within SIM grader allow students to implement their skills in a live Office application. Upon completion of these automatically evaluated tasks, students promptly receive feedback. The blend of In Practice with SIMnet assists in addressing the diverse requirements of learners and accommodating individual learning styles.
